Production Time
Most orders are embroidered to order and typically require 7–10 business days for production before shipping.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
During exclusive collection drops, busy seasons, or periods of higher order volume, production times may be extended. Any changes to expected turnaround times will be communicated.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please note that production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Southeast Aurora, Colorado, for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.
You’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
