How does personalization work?
Each personalized product includes the available options directly on the product page. Depending on the design, you’ll be able to choose details such as your personalization, lettering style, embroidered finish, and thread color. Please enter personalization exactly as you would like it embroidered.
Can I see a proof before my item is embroidered?
Because our standard designs have been carefully created and tested, proofs are not routinely provided for Signature, Petite, or seasonal collection orders. If we have a question about your personalization, we’ll contact you before stitching your piece.
Can I request something that isn’t shown on the website?
Yes! We accept a limited number of custom embroidery projects. Visit our Custom Orders page to submit your idea. Custom requests are reviewed for feasibility, pricing, and turnaround time before an order is accepted.

Every piece is embroidered to order. Current processing and turnaround information will be listed on the website at the time you order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush availability may vary. Please contact us before placing your order if you need an item by a specific date.
Returns & Changes
Can personalized items be returned?
Because personalized pieces are made especially for you, they are final sale unless there is an error with your order or the item arrives defective.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once embroidery production has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Care
How should I care for my embroidered piece?
Specific care instructions will be included with your order. For best results, we generally recommend washing embroidered garments inside out with like colors and avoiding high heat to help preserve both the garment and embroidery.
Custom Orders
What kinds of custom embroidery do you accept?
Custom projects are considered individually and may include meaningful phrases, handwriting, simple artwork, logos, or other special ideas. Acceptance depends on the artwork, embroidery requirements, availability, and feasibility.
Is there an additional charge for custom embroidery?
Custom pricing varies depending on the garment, embroidery size and complexity, and whether custom digitizing or design work is required. You’ll receive pricing for approval before your custom order is confirmed.
