Some of the most meaningful pieces start with an idea of your own. The Stitch House Co. accepts a limited number of custom embroidery requests for pieces that fall outside our Signature, Petite, and seasonal collections.
Whether it’s a meaningful phrase, handwriting, simple artwork, a logo, or another special detail, we’d love to hear what you have in mind.
How it works

Tell us a little about what you’d like to create and provide any artwork or inspiration you have.
2. We’ll review your request.
Custom projects are accepted based on design feasibility, embroidery requirements, and availability. We’ll reach out with any questions, pricing, and estimated turnaround time.
3. We’ll make it yours.
Once the design and pricing are approved, we’ll create your custom order and begin bringing your idea to life.

• Custom orders are accepted on a limited basis and are subject to approval.
• Pricing varies based on the garment, embroidery size and complexity, and any digitizing required.
• Additional design or digitizing fees may apply.
• A custom request is not confirmed until the design, pricing, and timeline have been approved.
• Custom and personalized items are final sale unless there is an error with your order.
